DAILY QUESTIONNAIRE FOR ACADEMIC AND REMEDIAL STUDIES IN A NIGERIAN SECONDARY SCHOOL

MASON COLLEGE,FESTAC EXPERIENCE

PROPRIETORS' INTERNAL CONTROL QUESTIONNAIRE FOR MONITORING A SECONDARY SCHOOL WITHOUT BEING THERE ALL THE TIME

Work at Mason College was divided into two major time periods daily (Mondays-Fridays)  known as

1.REGULAR STUDIES/STUDENTS’ WELFARE (7.30 AM TO 2:10 PM) and

2.REMEDIAL STUDIES (2:50PM  TO 5:40PM)

Saturdays were regarded as days for remedial work but with a different and a slightly amended  questionnaire.

Generally speaking, the questionnaires were in accordance with school time-tables and were filled and submitted daily by the Vice-Principal (Admin.) through an appropriately ruled exercise book called the DIRECTOR’S DAILY WORK DONE BOOK.

The Daily Work Done book by the VP. generally answered  the questions below
